With the Nebulous Stars creative set, children can decorate pictures with small rhinestones similar to painting by numbers principle. The set consists of 2 color printed templates, over 4500 diamonds, an applicator pen, a bowl for the diamonds and a wax plate. The color-illustrated instructions (English language not guaranteed) explain exactly how it works. As an addition, there is a flyer with the history of Hazelia.
